Sasha Exeter left a secure, high paying corporate gig to pursue her dreams and launch her lifestyle and wellness site SoSasha. Today, the site is nationally recognized as of the top fitness online destinations and is listed as one of SELF Magazine's websites to know.

It's easy to dismiss success as belonging to an exceptional few. We tell ourselves that we aren't able to pursue our dreams because – insert limiting belief here – makes it impossible. But, as Sasha explains, she too was afraid; fearful of losing income, failing... But she went for it anyway. Here's her story of what lies on the other side of fear:

For our first episode of 2017, I sit with Hedvig Alexander, the founder of Far & Wide Collective. The concept behind this chic retailer is that they connect talented artists in post-conflict and emerging countries (think Afghanistan, India, Kenya, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Uzbekistan) and connect them with the North American market. It's an all around feel good strategy: local jobs are created, it seems a sustainable initiative and the pieces are beautiful, something that consumers will want to purchase independent of the charitable aspect.
